We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, email address, business details, the design brief and our email conversation. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card details.
Your data is stored on our own server. To create designs and write replies we use these processors: Anthropic (text AI) and Recraft (image AI). We do not sell your data.
If we contacted you by email, we found your business email on your public website. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email. To have your data deleted, write to hello@inkandmark.com.
